We cannot accept uncertified or notarized photo copies as evidence since we cannot verify their authenticaty."

Before you ask, I have no idea what they are talking about.The Social Security web site is a very large site and I had to use the search words "disability, Social Security"Pick the title "Social Security online". On the home page look at the menu on the left and select "How to". It is the only part of the site that I could find that was easy to follow.
