Have you ever thought of how we think when we needlessly worry about something in the future? We always take the extreme view, that everything will turn out badly. Maybe we should call it temporary insanity, because we are not thinking rationally.

I decided to forget about those thoughts, and look forward to a better quality of life. Just some more food for thought.

Bruce, I aggree. Worry is not a good thing. I took the Dale Carnegie Human Relations course in the early 80's. There was a section that dealt with worry. The thing I always remember from it;
95% of what you worry about will never happen, and the other 5% you can't do anything about. So why worry. Don't misunderstand, I'm not saying not to be concerned about things, I'm saying don't worry about it. There is a big difference.
