Hi everyone,
My daughter's teacher thinks she might have ADD, so I am reading "Driven to Distraction" to learn about the condition. Now I am wondering if I have ADD as well. I always did well in school so I didn't think it was a problem. But in reading Hallowell's description of ADD adults... some of the symptoms are very familiar!
So my question is, can adults go for treatment and testing as well as kids? My daughter has an appointment for testing, but what do adults do? Does insurance pay for treatment for adults? Or am I just being a hypochondriac on this one, and everybody has these symptoms to some degree??? ;)
Thanks for any help!
