Bernie -Thanks for posting the information that a combination of sinemet and mirapex helped smoothe things out for you. I've been on mirapex and mysoline about 3 years, with Neurontin and Remeron thrown in. The MDS folks at OHSU here in Portland, OR, said I'd need to go on sinemet sooner than later. I've been fearful of going off mirapex altogether, but now it seems, from your post, that I could use the 2 together. Thanks for alleviating some of my fears. Lory

Yes, Lory, you can use Mirapex along with sinemet. In fact, Mirapex is a dopamine agonist and is made to interact with the sinemet.
