Okay, guys, let's hear it from you!! Surely there are some problems or ailments or even good news to share. It's been 3 days and no new topics or even answers to old topics. What gives?

Ruth,

I think I know part of the problem. Now I have to put my name and password in everytime I want to respond to a post.I thought once would be enough.I just had to do it again
Much love,

Googy

Ruth,
I personally find it difficult to post here also. Let's hope, because of our meds and/or surgery, everyone is out enjoying these last beautiful days before Ole Man Winter shows up. I can't speak for those in the sunny south or west though! Or is everyone too busy watching "Our Star" BS and AS (before surgery and after surgery!)?

Ruth & Googy & others,
I've been wondering myself where has everyone gone? If you look over the last couple months, new topics and/or comments on, has dropped way off.
I check in every so often, but not much activity. I have been preoccupied with an Ovarian Cancer site and I can't seem to cath up reading everything that is offered.
I do have one comment regarding P.D. It is true, that other health problems and any added stress does make your Parkinson's symptoms worse. In fact sometimes, the daily highs & lows are so extreme, it nearly drives you crazy.Plus the meds don't seem to hold you long enough anyway.
Are there other bulletin/health board that the "ole gang" may have gone to? This one seemed so good and we adapted so weell.
Here's to better days!
HUGS (((((((((U)))))))))))
Betty H.

Hi Betty, Googy, Sandy, et al.,

I think it may be the state of the union, so to speak. Everyone is so worried about anthrax and other stuff that they just don't take time to post. Yes, stress definitely causes a worsening of the PD symtpoms, and there certainly has been a lot of stress lately that is not PD related.

Not to worry ladies. We are lurking around the site. The wind chill was 13 degrees a couple of days ago and my fingers havn't "thawed" out yet.

Ruth, I'm still here, but have been so busy tring to get this dang needlepoint done by Dec 22 for daughter's 30th birthday, AND hubby Steve has occupied the internet with work and a ham radio contest, so I'm early this am to "lurk" around the edges. more later, like in aweek or two, when I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
