Anyone know if there's anything or any solution to constant fatigue? There are days when all i can do is sit on the sofa and barely hold my eyes open...what is this disease doing besides making life unbearable?
Thanks for all your replies.

Ziggy,

It may be the meds that are causing this.Tell your doctor.

I cant think of anything wise to say,but want you to know we are here for you.

Hi Ziggy,

Yes, there are times like that. Part of the problem is if you have dyskinesia, there is a lot of movement going on, even more than you realize, and it does make you tired.

Another thing is the meds. Some of them also make you sleepy.

This is a strange disease that affects each one of us differently and different people have different symptoms. If you have tremor, that could also wear you out.

In any case, discusss it with your doctor and see what he/she recommends. Sometimes there's a simple answer, sometimes not.

I told myself not to post anything, because I am really tired. I am going to take a guess and say it is "the nature of the beast", the meds , or both. I suspect it is the "beast" (pd).

Yes Bruce,
The nature of the beast.PD! The only thing I can add is where would be we without Sinemet. As Ruth said, " the gold standard." Bill afer all these years only on that.

Sandy you are a gem to be there for your clients.

Love,

Googy
