My little brother was just prescribed Adderall (generic) 10mg. by our doctor. I too have been taking Adderall for a few years. The problem is my little brother can't swallow pills no matter what we try. We crushed them up and mixed them with food and other things but he doesn't like the taste (he usually vomits) So I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to turn it into a drinkable liquid. Please Write Back.

Hi Jesse:

Did you ever find out if Adderall XR comes in a liquid form? I am interested in knowing that too. If you do find out, please post a reply to me, ok?

Thanks,

Adderall tablets should not be crushed or liquified.

Adderall XR capsules, on the other hand, can be opened and sprinkled over cold foods (as long as they are consumed immediately).

So, if your brother is unable to swallow the Adderall tablets, your parents might speak to his doctor about prescribing the XR form instead.
