I have a friend that is a rep for a company called Market America and uses a product called OPC3 which is a vitamin. A lot of people have been making claims that is is helping there health considerably. One woman took her child of Ritalin because the OPC3 made such a significant difference. It sounds a lot like taking the other vitamins on the market. Wondering if anyone has heard or has information about this product?

OPC3 are mearly antioxidants. You can find plenty of information on antioxidants just by doing a search on the web. These are some of the same ingredients found in many of the other products mentioned here such as B'Calmed, focus factor and others. Yes they do work well for lots of situations and ADD can be helped especially if your body is lacking in these things. Before spending all that money on Market America brand check out various alternative brands as well the info about antioxidants in general.

I am interested in OPC's as well I found the OPC-3 product to be too expensive. For general information on OPC's check out the OPC Antioxidant Reference Guide at http://www.opc.cc .

I think one benefit to M.A.'s brand of OPC is that it is a quick dissolving powder that is mixed with water. Not only is it easy to take so you don't have to swallow pills, but the absorption rate is very good through the oral mucus membranes.
I've had good luck with powder-to-liquid calcium/magnesium -- it was a different brand though, I forgot the name. But it made a huge difference. Anytime I took calcium in tabs, it did not have anywhere near the same benefit as when I took it in this other form.
Because of that, I'd gather a powdered form would offer an added benefit of absorption rate.
The key ingredient is pycnogenol which is said to be many times more effective than Vitamin C as and Vitamin E.
I've heard of people having great experiences with it for other reasons. As we've all said, we're all different and respond to different drugs as well as different supplements, -- it may be worth a shot.
But whether it's this or meds, IMHO, brands do make a difference. Whether M.A. is better or there are other brands, who knows -- but definitely find what works for you.
