Hi Bruce:

Just wondering how you are doing? I hope all is well with you.

Nothing new with my dad yet. When I find out what his meds are will post so you can look at and maybe give your input. My mother sends away for meds and did not write anything down so I do not know what they are yet.

Thanks for the information on the raised gardens.

Take care and have a wonderful day!

Hi Kimi, I am doing okay. I have more energy when it is cooler and it is nice and cool now.

The pd doctors usuallly like to start a new patient on an agonist class drug such as Mirapex and save the Sinemet until later. Older people tend to have more side efects, and i will keep you posted on what to expect.

They also start out with a low dose, and graduaslly increase it until it reaches the theraputic level. So it will take a couple of months before your dad will start to improve.

It rained seven inches in a 24 hr period, but i am not near any streams that flood. It is almosat impossible to flood out a raised garden plot. My spinach is growing much faster then in the Spring.

Take care, Bruce

Kimi, their is one thing i forget to tell you when you are researching gsrdening, and that is look up each vegy you plan to grow using search words like "growing green beans". You can print out exactly how to grow any vegy this way. The best sources arre state extension services.
