Is anyone out there taking a GABA supplement for their PD and is it helping to relieve their symptoms?? There has been some research done recently that indicates that GABA(Gamma Amino Butyric Acid)can help with tremor. Thanks for your feedback!

I read that the GABA supplements have a hard time getting across the blood brain barrier into the brain , but it's worth a shot.

I see you're in Tigard. There's a very good naturopath in McMinnivlle if you're interested. It's the Key To Health Clinic. I was just recently talking to him about parkinsons since my MIL has it. He would be able to suggest supplements and other therapies to help with it. This is my first time on here, so I'll try to remember to check back in case you have questions about him (Dr. Dickson).
