does anyone know if its safe to drink while on risperidone.
No biggie if you dont know this, but im on paxil too?? anything dangerous there?

My dr. told me not to drink alcohol while on risperdal. Said it can cause problems. I don't drink so I didn't ask more questions.

Hello, i wondered the same thing about drinking while on Risperdal so I drank and didn't feel any adverse effects except that two beers really gave me a buzz. I weigh 230 pounds and was surprised that two beers would do that to me. I am not a doctor, but i think the reason they tell you not to drink because you could possibly turn back to your "old" ways, like weird thoughts and such. I am going to call a pharmacist and ask them their opinion.
