View Full Version : Exercise on a hangover

Sometimes, when I have a hangover I exercise and run about 1-2 miles in the morning. However, a couple times this has led me to make my body feel really tired for a couple WEEKS after exercising. I just pinpointed recently that it was probably the exercise doing this to me and of course the alcohol. The weird thing is, I drink plenty of water. Does anybody know why my body feels so tired for so long? Right now I'm in a fatigued spell after running around last Sunday (for like only 15 minutes). I know I'm gonna feel tired and out of it tomorrow and through next week cause this has happened before. My exercise routine is rather infrequent but I still wouldn't expect myself to be so out of it. It not only impacts me physically but that leads to mental problems too. I don't feel as quick, talkative and on top of things. Usually I post on ADD, I know it's not related but any suggestions would help immensly. Thanks. BTW, I'm not overweight which makes it even more confounding.
