Clonodine was taken at night when Mary was medicated with dexedrine. Since she also took a time released in the afternoon, it was hard for her to get to sleep. I believe she took .10 per evening. And, also shortly before she discontinued the dexedrine, she took .05 in the morning to slow down motor activity. Side effects? Although the Dr. always said "no" she regularly complained of being very "cold" (I would warm her blanket up at night before she went to bed) and/or being really really hungry.
