does anyone know of wierd sexually laws,like the ones were it is illegal to have oral sex? in what states is that? and i know of one were it is illegal to have dildos. do any of you know of any others. please tell me what states they apply to. thanks!

I live in Missouri, and I know oral sex is illegal here. But I've never heard of a cop turning down a blowjob!

I wouldn't really worry about where oral sex and sex toys are illegal. Somebody told me that a lot of these laws are very old and out-of-date. Just enjoy yourself and try not to worry.

Actually there are quite a number of outdated and outrageous laws that have yet to become officially repealed. In a number of states in the U.S. there are laws against more than 4 females living together, as it constitutes a brothel! Also, in a few states like Texas and Florida, it is illegal to have more than two dildos in one house, and it was actually stated that they cannot resemble an actual penis! Among these stupid laws there is a law in West Virginia that makes it LEGAL for a male to have sex with an animal as long as the animal does not exceed 40 lbs!!! :eek: Although these laws are not likely to be enforced, like the laws against oral and anal sex, they have never been officially revoked. A lot of those weird sex laws are being kept as laws to be used in child molestation cases. It gives more charges to be brought up against child molesters to make sure they are put away as long as possible.
btw, I believe in SC it is illegal to have sex in any position outside of the missionary position.

Those laws are really ancient to say the least. They're pretty much disregarded, and the only time they come up is when someone uses them as jokes or weird facts. I would definately NOT let it rule whether or not you do something. No one's gonna stop you, and if they do they have no life lol :)
They're outdated and serve no purpose, so go do whatever it is you want to try, as long as it isn't hurting anyone etc, and be responsible :)

Of course no one should allow archaic laws to dictate how adults conduct their sex life... as much as they still try, the state has no buisness in the bedroom of consenting adults!!!

Being in the center of the Bible Belt, Georgia has some of the most repressed laws out there. Oral or anal sex is illegal period. There have been people prosecuted for it doing it in their OWN bedrooms. (Discovered during a police raid for other stuff)
Also, sex toys are illegal but the law is rather fuzzy. The mayor of Atlanta has had several sex-toy shops raided, items confiscated and employees arrested. Never heard exactly what crossed the line.
This weekend, a private club was raided in Atlanta where there were consenting adults having sex on a stage while others watched. 115 people were arrested. Charges were disorderly conduct. For watching people have sex. Had it been on TV, it would have been ok.
But, our new mayor is supposedly a lesbian, and hopefully she's a little less repressed than our previous mayor. Just examples of how a "progressive" city can still be ridiculously stodgy. We women need our toys!!! ;)

I would recommend searching the laws in your state, and if you disagree, fight to change them. If something is illegal, and you are caught doing it. You can be prosecuted, whether you think the law is stupid or not, or if it is not usually enforced. And BTW in Idaho, the only legal sex act is male/female intercourse between married couples, everything else is illegal and most of them can carry a life sentence, yes oral sex can put you behind bars for life.
