What is "the small of a womens back?" I saw it on another post and wondered what it meant. thanks.

already taken, the "small of a woman's back" is the very bottom of the back before it becomes your butt. Hope this answered your question :bouncing:

Its the little hollow area right below the waist and before the butt....

Lay down flat on your back. Make sure that your shoulder blades and main back are flat on the surface you are laying on. If you take your hand, you will notice that there is a part of your back that should not be touching the ground at all, (unless you arch it in a weird position.) It should be right above your buttox. This is the small of your back.

The lumbar region of one's back is referred to in layman's terms as the 'small' of one's back.
