Sorry for the vulgar term, I just didn't know what else to call it.
My question is: do any other women/men get stuffy noses while they're deep throating their male partner? I've just recently started doing this to my boyfriend, as I got over my fear, and he REALLY enjoys it. I really like doing it for him, but I'm running for the kleenexes afterwards. And during, my nose is just dripping and i'm constantly wiping my nose, while sitll trying to focus on him.
Is this normal? Am i causing myself any harm, or should I just grin and bear it? (it's not TERRIBLE, or anything, just a bit annoying, that i CAN deal with if that's the way it's going to be).

any pointers ?

uhh...
to avoid gag reflexes for me, i usually only do a bit at a time.
ie) i don't keep it in deep for very long... in and out, and it usually seems to help. Generally, if i keep it down deep for too long, (more than 10 seconds straight) that's when i start feeling the urge to gag.
My boyfriend seems to love the sensation of going in deep, and out, and then in again, etc. As opposed to just being in deep all of the time, anyway.

lawtalkinguy, this is probably going to sound really silly, maybe even stupid. But, it helped me to learn how to deep throat. Does your gf like hotdogs??
A good friend of mine taught me this trick because she knew I didn't want to feel clumsy trying on my bf.
Buy foot long hotdogs. Cook 1 or 2, let them cool a little. Then tell her to VERY slowly go toward the back of her throat w/ it. If she feels the gag, she can stop. I had to learn to relax my troat and breath through my nose. It took about a week & a half to get used to it. I finally tried on my bf, and wahlah, not only was I able to D.T., but I was able to swallow every drop, and didn't even taste it.
As far as the stuffy nose, I don't know what to do about that. I haven't had too many problems with that.

I get a stuffy nose almost everytime! I thought it was just me! But I have no idea why it happens!!!
