the other day I was playing with my bf's winkie and I think he might be uncircumsized but not sure because its really hard for me to tell if he is uncircumsized or not and he had extra skin around the head of his winkie and I pushed the skin down and it covered the head of it and it looked like he was uncircumsized (he wasnt hard when I did this)and then I pulled the skin back and it looked like he was circumsized and I was wondering if an uncircumsized guy is hard can he push the skin over the head?

The foreskin, just like penises can come in different sizes. For most of us uncut guys, our foreskin will cover most (if not all of the head of our penis when flaccid, not erect) Generally, when we are erect, the foreskin will retract over the head of our penis and down the shaft so that we do appear to be circumcised. However, the foreskin will still move freely up and down the shaft. Hope this helps, and please...just call it what it is....a penis, not a winkie!

Some circumcised men are cut very "loosely" with a lot of extra skin left.
