View Full Version : Can anybody pinpoint this condition ?

For the past, almost 25 years, I have been experiencing this strange sensation, which is especially heightened during the hot summers.

While working or simply doing nothing, the left part of my body suddenly becomes cold and starts sweating, while the right side of my body remains as it is. Infact, because of the cold left side, the right side seems warmer. This happens exactly with the spinal cord at the centre.

This condition lingers for a while, and goes away on its own.

I am in my middle age now, and am worried about the longterm side-effects of this condition, which my doctors say is 'trivial'.

I shall appreciate any insights into this condition. Am I making a mountain of a mole-hill, or is this something worth worrying about ?

Thanks in advance.
