I wore the neck brace faithfully for a couple weeks then I would take it off now and then.

Since it was the upper scs there is greater chance of the leads moving with every neck movement.

I layed in bed alot and read. Watch tv. The headaches I got were from my poor neck getting so stiff so I would take the collar off for a few hours. That did seem to help.

Catty's I called my Doc's office, they told me yes I will wear a color for a while. They said exactly as you did, the leads can come loose easer due to neck movement.

It won't be so bad, luckly I started sleeping on my back ever since this all began. My arm was in the cast after surgery, then of course all the probs since I have had to keep it on a pillow.

My Dr's secretary said she sent the request for approval and even spoke with the adjuster. Now we wait for approval, could be up to 30 days for it. This will give me time to get my apt in order, also do things in advance that will be needed.
