My boyfriend broke his back in 1974 and had a serious ski accident in 1998 where he broke his leg real bad (a spiral tib/fib) and also broke his hip. He is now experiencing hot sweaty achy legs at night, to the point that he says when his skin on his legs touch each other they feel like they are burning where they touch. Doc says could be RLS or possibly a spinal cord injury that was never detected in 1974. Anyone else have these feelings?? thanks Elaine

I get restless legs syndrome, but my symptoms involve the need to move and stretch my legs to the point of not being able to lay still or sleep. I don't get a lot of pain or burning or anything, just an uncontrollable need to stretch and move.
