View Full Version : Can I still have RLS

When I explained my symptoms to my family doctor, he said I had RLS. I got a book from the library called, Sleep Thief, that tells all about RLS. I do have most of the symptoms, especially the leg pains as a child that no doctor could explain and just called them my "growing pains". But the biggest symptom I do not have. I have no trouble falling asleep in my bed, and I am a very good sleeper. If I try to dose off on the recliner though, I get spastic muscle twinges and I have to keep moving my legs around. Could I just have a mild case of RLS or could I have something else?
