I have had RLS for quite sometime. It is your classic case, but I am currently not taking any medications (I hate being on any form of medication) so I am just battling it by trying to reduce stress and watching my diet. Obviously it gets worse when I am sitting down watching TV, working on the computer..... I notice that if I twitch my legs intentionally it prevents the buildup/twitch caused by RLS. Therefore I came to the conclusion that maybe one of those electrical muscle massagers (like the ones seen on TV from IGIA or others similiar) could help. Does anyone else agree with me? I am really trying to find solutions without medication. Obviously this won't be a fix for when you are sleeping (although currently they don't wake me up only my wife). Let me know if anyone else has tried this and what benefits did they see. I will try to buy one in the next week or so and will update the board if I receive any luck with it. Thanks.
