I have been trying iron for rls and I I can see an improvement however I have high blood pressure and I think the iron may be aggrevating it. Does anyone have any information on this.

High blood pressure may be related to magnesium deficiency. I've also heard that rls may be related to magnesium deficiency. To bring b/p down it may take up to 900 mg., but over 600mg can cause diarrhea, so it should be spread out. Wouldn't it be nice if you could "kill two birds with one stone".
