I have been suffering with severe leg aches for over 35 years. I have been tested for everything from allergies to arthritis. My legs ache so unbearabley I have taken prescription pain medication, kneeled in scalding hot water, had people sit on my lap etc. to relieve the pain. Doctors say they have know idea of the problem. The last one said the closest thing he could come up with is RLS and gave me some medicine that did absolutley nothing. Everything I have read on RLS does not sound like what I experience so often. Does anyone else experience anything like this and know what it is? I am frustrated to know ends with doctors and have almost given up, but the pain does not. Anyone that can shed a light I would appreciate.

You are not alone.
I have RLS, uncontrollable urge to move the legs, but it hurts unbearably. Some doctors think you're full of it, others are more understanding.
Take pain meds. There's nothing else, at least for me.
