My wife is taking LEVODOPA; CARBIDOPA (Sinemet®)25/100.
It seems to work for her, most of the time.
She has periods of [off/on], (sometimes it works-sometimes it doesn't), and augmentation, but it's the best medication we've found so far, and She's tried them all. So, good luck to all.
