I don't know if I have RLS or not, but I do thrash my legs around in my sleep. I have found that regular leg workouts will keep the twitching away. Also leg stretching seems to help. Hope this helps someone.

I agree with you! I am not sure if I have RLS either. I just went for a sleep study friday and have not received the results. I have noticed that I can sleep better by exercising my leggs. Exercise in general but leg exercises help. I have noticed also when I got off my antihistimane for one night I slept better. That was accompanied with an hour on the stair machine to work out hard. Hope this helps....
