View Full Version : Can you have RLS without the twitching?

My legs ache like a toothe ache, but there is no twitching. My doctor seems to think it is shin splint but I don't run or walk so I disagree. I was wondering if you can have RLS with only the sympton of terrible aching.

I have never known RLS to be physically painful. I doubt if you have RLS. Stroke
