Hi,

At bedtime my right heel feels like bugs crawling on it or is ticklish feeling. The only way to ignore it is to put my left foot on the heel so hopefully the pressure makes it stop or I can't feel it as much. It is really annoying. Is this a form of restless leg? Are there any supplements that work?
