Not really, unless its because your having unprotected sex than u can get STDs and pregnancies, but it can break becuase of tampons,biking, horsebackriding, soccer, gymnastics, sex, and most sports so don't worry!

like the above said, the hymen isn't supposed to stay there for life
you'll lose it eventually somehow, even if you never have sex. Roundabouts age 20-25, it starts to shrivel up and sort of dissolves away.
