im 17 years old. when i masturbate my right testicle hurts. my left one does too but the right one a litle more. Ah i cant tell. i am concerned. This happens more often when i take like an hour or 2 pleasuring myself.. other times when i dont take so much time it doesnt hurt. Is this normal? Should i stop doing it if it hurts?

It could be and that is the most likely explanation. Do you have any ropy, swollen veins near your testicles? They are called varicoceles if you do and they can ache if you masturbate, particularly if you do it more than once a day. You shold see a doctor if you do have them just to make sure they are not too serious. They can affect fertility. If you don't have them then my best guess is the first explanation. Has it always happened or is this just a recent phenomenon? If it is recent it could indicate an infection or some other problem and you should see a doctor.

Why do you masterbate for over an hour thats kinda long just to masterbate...your testicles might be inflamed. A prescription from your doctor would help.

Hey bud, not sure what's going on here. Blue balls is usually associated with alot of stimulation by masturbation of heavy petting without an ejaculation. Sometimes after masturbation it is common to have some slight pain or dull ache as everything "recovers" from the ejaculation. This has also happened to me after several ejaculations close together or after alot of masturbation in a certain time period (daily habit) I'd say if the pain persists for longer than a couple of hours or if it is always there then there may be something to worry about. Why not drop a response to these thoughts and we'll see if there is something else maybe causing this.

for overall health, remember, if it hurts, it's probabaly not good, so don't do something that hurts you
