That don't raise blood pressure? I'm 32 & have trouble focusing, but when it comes to little things I tend to obsess+. It's hard for me to watch a movie for a long time, but when it comes to sporting events I can, but I get emotional if it is my team. My g/f thinks that it is entirely add.

There must be some that make you more calm & focused & not cause anxiety. Any answers???

My daughter, brother and I find ritalin to be calming, relaxing and it helps us to focus. It reduces our anxiety.

You will need to find what medication works for you. People's bodies are so different.

Blue same problem here witht he blood pressure, ritalin type drugs raised it as did strattera (sp?)

I'm on wellbutrin now, it doesn't raise your blood pressure!

I just stated it 2 days ago, I'm going to give it 4 weeks. I've read it helps some and not others so I figured I'd give it a try.
