Ok- the pharmacy that does my prescriptions messed up my prescription (they didnt add it on like they were supposed to) so my mom called and the guy asked if i was on the name brand pill- Mircette or and off brand. im not sure what my mom said, but i ended up on the name brand after bein on the off brand. so, i was wondering if switching b/c off brand n name brand could be the reason that i have been feeling nauseous. lol sorry if this doesnt make sense, im kinda tired... i lost out on some sleep.

There shouldnt be a difference between name brand and off brand.
How long have you been on bc pills? If it has been under three months then you could still have side effects. If it is over it could be other things besides your pill. Like you could be getting the flu or such.
You can call yoru doctor and talk to him/her about it and see what they have to say.

I personally have never noticed a difference between name brand and off brand(except of course price wise).

Ive been on them for a little longer than 3 months... i was just curious b/c i started feeling sick- the little tiny nausea, like i had when i started the pills originally- a few days after i started the name brand. maybe i psyched myself into it? lol. who knows? anyway, thanks for ur response- quick one at that! just wanted to double check... gee i hope im not getting the flu or anything, :'(. lol im ok.

Yes CazzerKat, a switch in Pill could cause you to have unusual side effects like nausea. If it persists, talk to your doctor.

It's possible... especially if there's a difference in hormone levels among the old pill and new pill. But, if one was a generic brand of the other, that's not highly likely... I'm sure it's a possibility otherwise, though.

Hope you feel better soon.
