I'm 25, diagnosed with ADD in 8th grade, had to work twice as hard as my peers to succeed in college, now working a great job, but losing control of my ADD.
Been showing signs of instant rage then fatigue which have never been part of me. About to loose my job because I can't get up in the morning and unable to finish projects on time anymore. I used to be on top of my game and valued by my employer. Recently single from a wonderful relationship because of me being irresponsible and unreliable but so loving and supportive. Not organized and getting out of shape and seeking other forms of stimulation (caffeine, nicotine, alcohol but not excessive mind you).
I am not typing all this to get sympathy (I mean that in the nicest way) but to explain where I am so that you may relate and be able to give the best advice.
I am actively seeking dietary supplements, a better diet, and hoping to start working out again (if work will let up), but need more to get me out of this rut.
I was wondering about doctors in the Atlanta area, advise on getting up in the mornings (three extremely loud alarms just aren't doing it) and ideas on how to fix this before it gets any worse.
Thanks in advance for your help! Its nice to have other who relate and can help.
