I read that taking Ginko Biloba can help with ADD. Has anybody tried this? I just bought some yesterday and I'm going to give it a try. But I'd love to hear if anybody has experience with this.

Thanks!

Hey Denver. Well Ive read some about ginko and ADD. Doctor Amen recomends it for use in certain types of ADD. It increases oxegen or blood flow?? to the brain which of course allows it to function better. I tried it before and didnt find it helpful. It pretty much did nothing for me. Maybe it just wasnt strong enough though I was taking dosages recomended by doctor amen. I have heard of other treatments that increase blood flow / oxegen flow to the brain being helpful though. I guess it all depends on what the core cause of the ADD symptoms are. The causes arent the same for anyone so one thing wont do anything for one person but itll be great for someone else. Hopefully it works for you http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif. Keep me updated. Oh, one quick question(well 2 really), what form are you taking it in and how much are you taking per day?
