Hello I would like to get my penis circumcised not fully circumcised just half so i still got a little foreskin left. Im doin this cos theirs little pimples on end of my foreskin that dont go away theyre name is prominent sebaceous glands(basically theyre pearly penile papules but all over my foreskin as well as under the foreskin round the rim of the head).
Ive been to the doctor and he said i just have to live with them but rlly theyre not a pretty site and its immensly depressing!
Can you tell me how the scar would look like on my dick and if it wud look normal if i had a part circumcision? Would it look like i just have naturally short foreskin?

Sorry no one got back to you before this. These glands I have found disappear later in life. I found them interesting but not obnoxious in my youth but I hope you haven't gone through a cut yet just to get rid of them. It really isn't worth it. The skin you have left will serve you well in enjoying yourself.

oh believe me they do look bad cos theirs loads and loads of them some grouped together in bunches rlly small and some little bigger but theyre all over my foreskin!
I dunno if u had as much as mine but i bet u most probably havent as i seem to b the only person in the world who has so many of these on my foreskin!!
Its rlly not nice to look at cos my foreskin just looks infested by spots and any girl looking closly at my dick seeing all those spots most certainly wont want to give me oral even though they no its not an STD!!
It rlly is truly awful im 22 and its prevented me from doing anything with a girl!
Could anyone answer my original question as circumcision seems the only alternative to livin with these ugly pimples?

I don't want to hurt any man's feelings, but when I was young (16 - 25) I thought ALL penises were ugly.
But I thought they sure feel wonderful. I don't think most girls/women care about bumps, or no bumps...

Thing is its not centered wholly around what other people will think when they see it, its got alot to do with when i look at my penis as well! Simply put its not a pretty site! Also when i get an erection i have to pull my foreskin bk if i want to get it over my head otherwise u just c the pimples all spread out and very shiny its always the worst when im erect cos u cant c them when its flacid unless u pull the foreskin back!
Plus when my foreskin is pulled back over the head u can still c them on my shaft not as much but theyre still ugly things!
I am so not goin over the top about this problem cos Im a very straigt thinking logical person.
My real question i need to know is what my penis will look like with half a circumcision, will the scar line really be that noticeable?

Nope they cut nearly all of mine off when I was born. I have seen posts from guys who tried to have a loose circumcision ( there is really no such thing as a half circumcision since all circumcisions cut right around the penis, just loose and tight ones) and the doctor took more than they would have liked.

Hey mattiscool2002. I know what you mean when you said that their somewhat depressing and you don't want to reveal yourself in front of females, although you want to so bad. You feel like everyone else has a 'normal,' clear penis but you. I have PPP along the rim of the head, and those sebaceous glands under along the shaft. I got frustrated when they wouldn't go away, and the doctor said its nothing and to live with it. The thing is, this all appeared after I got circumsized! In about the beginning of the 6th grade, I got circumsized. About a year later this appeared. Also, there is no such thing as a half-circumcision. All the foreskin is removed, so when you have no erection, you will see the rim of your penis as if you were to retract the foreskin you have now. The sebaceous glands under the penis along the shaft feel like little, tiny rocks and they just wont go away, and it affects how I interact with females, because I know they'll not want to do anything sexually after seeing them (PPP). In the past few weeks, I've just got so frustrated with them that I have applied something to them in an attempt to get rid of them. They actually have gotten smaller and less visible!! (Almost not visible when erect.) The area gets very dry because the skin is so sensitive, but I just want them to go away and doctors wont do it. I still don't know how to get rid of the prominent sebaceous glands. The PPP doesn't stress me as much anymore, because its the prominent sebaceous glands under the shaft that worry me most now.

Well Im certain u dont have as much of these sebacoues glands as me cos they r all round my bloody foreskin, its covered in them I have a very exagerated case of these cos not one other person I know of in the world and i been looking and asking on the net for ages has simply as many of these as i do. Even the bloody doctors for whom ive seen more than one and even a dermatologist has never seen these on anyone else and they been in their jobs for ages! How massively depressing!!!!
Plus of course i got these on my lip as well and they keep growing and spreading i rlly feel like dieing sumtimes, whos gonna wanna kiss a guy with pimples all over his lip :( :(
I know they dont do half circumcisions but i just want to know could it be done as i got a reason why i would like one??

Yes it is possible to get a "half-circumcision" more commonly reffered to as a partial circumcision. There is a lot of info, use google search.

hey i just got circumcised yesterday....i had a long talk with doc's about my options. Half circumcisions are possible, however they do not look attractive at the end. So your down to either circumcision or no circumcision.

That's just his opinion. Penises with more skin look fine in comparison to a fully denuded one and their owners have much more to masturbate with.
