You need to go to a clinic and get some
professional help. Make some phone calls
and do it....

I agree - getting off is only the beginning - staying off is another matter - if you go somewhere for help, you will get assistance on where to go for support so you aren't simply stuck on a rollercoaster of being strung out, getting clean, going back, using, getting strung out, getting clean, yada yada yada You get the picture.......... ..

The worst part is, me and my g/f HAVE been to the local drug rehab clinic, called EVERY number in our phone book and no one can help us for at least a week.
We even went to the emergency room and they told us there was nothing they can do exept refer us to Community Intervention Center who wont even evaluate us for at least a week.

Not to metion, when we go there we will be subjected to all kinds of mentaly ill individuals as well hard criminals who are being forced to detox.

That is why I asked, it is kind of an emergency. The crises worker at the hospital (yes, we even went to the emergency room) told us that that is the downside, everyone thinks help is readily available, but isn't..

Thanks,

Skoked--

I had a quick look around on the net for resources for you.

I do not know where you live...I myself live in Aus. but this sounded very interesting. You might want to take a look. Very easy, simple web page, wont take long.
www.detox911.com (http://www.detox911.com)

This site also talks about the same kind of thing
www.opiates.com (http://www.opiates.com)
go to the Waismann Method link

This seems to be a direct link of Dr Waismann's
www.megama.com (http://www.megama.com)

Anyway, I hope one of these helps....
