i have penile popules or how every you spell it. but when i shaved down there i saw like 4 white bumps at the base, right where it meets my body. they stand out compared to my other popules but havent changed color dont itch or have pain. im just worried i practice safe sex but the area where there at isnt covered by a condom. any help on what it might be would be appreciated

Firstly I was under the impression that pearly penile papules affect the head of the penis only.

Bumps in other areas are usually ingrown hair follicules.

Could you describe them a bit more? How big are they? Hair folicule bumps are pretty darm small.

well im not sure what the bumps i have are the run all the way up the underside of my shaft they stop at the head and run down to the base of the shaft i have had them since i can remember but the four bumps are white and are the same size as the other ones i have (if there not penile popules then i dont know what to call them) and the four bumps are just raised more and have a whiter look. i know im confusing. like i said the other bumps have been there as long as i can remember but i have just noticed the other ones they could have been there and i have just been payin more attention to them. im prob just worryin to much like i said i hve protected sex although there where a condom wouldnt cover. oh yeah i dont know the size of them measure wize but if you took a pen and made a dot on ure skin there as big but maybe a little bigger then the mark. sorry so long just tryin to describe the best i can

Well they sound too small to be anything serious to me. But then Im no expert, Im just a person with Pearly Penile Papules too.

I can see your point about the condom not covering that area, but it cant be much of a problem in the world or Im sure someone would have invented a condom with some kind of large base! Just a thought!
