I am on my fifth day of Doxycycline and it doesn't seem like the symptoms are going away, should I be worried that the antibiotics aren't working or does it normally take this long/longer for results? If anyone has any info/experience I would be greatful for your insight. Thanks.

Some antibotics don't work well on some people. Call your doctor and tell them you are not experiencing any releif. They might phone in a different prescription, it depends on the doctor. He/She may insist you finish your present prescription.
Do NOT drink while taking antibotics..it destroys the effect (affect) of the antibotic and you might as well not take them.
Peace

There is very often no symptoms. Finish your antibiotics and go for a control check-up. Good luck.

Chlamydia is not a big of a deal. I got Chlamydia last year and I had symptoms like burning during urination and testicular pain. However, I had to take 2 or 3 different kinds of anti-bitoics. I remember Doxycycline didnt work for me, so I took 8 pills of Azithromax one time. That defenatley worked. It may take a couple of days for the symptoms to dissappear. Please, don't be discouraged. Something will work for you. At least you should be glad it's just chlamydia that you got. I learned my lesson......SAFE SEX ALL THE TIME
