Your daughters’ roommate has no obligation to talk to your daughter about HPV (never heard about HTV). HPV is an STD transmitted thought direct skin contact. Your daughter will not catch it by using the same bathroom.
Why would they use the same razor? Even if the roommate didn’t have HPV, you don’t share razors with people.
Disease, or no disease people shouldn’t be sharing toiletries.
Also just because she “Seems very unconcerned about it”,that doesn’t mean that she is not. You don’t know what’s going on in her head.
If you want to learn more about HPV do a web search.

HTV it a TV station in the UK http://www.htv.co.uk/
It's Ok to be worried about your daughters’ well being. But there is nothing to worry about in this situation.

HPV can be sexually transmitted, it can also be passed from mother to child. There are a lot of different strands. It sounds like the procedure your daughter was talking about was removal of warts (caused by HPV: human papoloma virus, i think i spelled that wrong). Some strands of HPV can cause cervical cancer, but usually the ones that cause warts don't. It depends on what strand of HPV she might have.
