Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge as to whether or not the symptoms of Gonorrhea come and go?... ie.. do the appear for a day; then go away; then come back again a couple weeks later?

yes, this "can" happen if left untreated. you need to be tested for all std"s and infections by your doctor.
