Last night I met this girl at a club and went home with her. She was performing oral sex on me, when I started to finger her I imediately noticed something didn't feel quite right. Her lips and clit felt like it was covered with very hard lumps or nodules, sort of like cauloflower, needless to say this freaked me out so I told her I had to use the restroom. When I returned I mentally didn't let myself get an errection, so I would have an excuse not to sleep with her. I scrubbed like hell when I got home! Also she was very adamant about not letting me see her naked below the waist. I don't mean to sound insensitive, but what the hell did she have, and could I get it from fingering her. Also she didn't have any sores on her mouth.

Your chances of getting HPV from touching someone with genital warts is almost nil (I've never even heard of it). If it was, as you say, genital warts, you have nothing to worry about.
If you *do* develop warts on your hand, check with a doctor and explain the situation, but that will almost certainly not happen.

Well, hypothetically if she were to touch herself, then thouch my penis afterwards, is it possible for me to contract it? I'm really worried about this!

Technically you are correct especially if she has active wart lesions as she supposedly did. The virus generally has to enter into an open wound for you to be infected. This is more likely to occur during sex where we get tiny micro-tears in our genital skin opening it up for infection. I really don't know what the chances would be in your case, but I would guess pretty low.
