I am extremely worried here!! I need some advice. When I was 15 I noticed I had 3 white bumps underneath the head of my penis... It happend around the first time I had oral sex. Well a few weeks after that. Heres the thing. I hear alot of people say these bumps are normal but its driving me crazy wandering if it is!!! I am gonna break down an get tested though. I'm 20 years old now an they're still there. Not any bigger or smaller either. When I roll my fingers over them they do seem to be hard.. But they are tiny! So what do you guys think? Could it be HPV?

Are you cut or uncut? What you are describing sounds a bit like pearly penile papules, common for those of us who are uncut. Nothing we did to get them and nothing to get rid of them, just part of the package. If you've had them for years and they haven't changed in size, color, shape or number... I'd suspect they are nothing to be worried about. However, since you're concerned, a visit to the doc for a checkup isn't a bad thing! As guys we need to get into the habit of check ups and such, just need to be aware of our health and make sure all is well in the genitalia department!

Here is some info on this condition :) :
Pearly penile papules are frequently misdiagnosed as genital warts but are merely a normal anatomical variant in men. They appear as small, dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that typically are located on the sulcus or corona of the glans penis. Lesions are generally are arranged circumferentially in one or several rows.
Pearly penile papules have no malignant potential. They are not contracted or spread through sexual activity. Lesions are observed more frequently in uncircumcised males; however, the mechanisms underlying their development remain unknown. Pearly penile papules are noted most commonly in males in their second or third decades, with a gradual decrease in frequency with aging.
The incidence of pearly penile papules reportedly ranges from 8-48%. Several reports suggest an increased incidence in uncircumcised versus circumcised men (22% vs 12%, respectively). One study found an increase in frequency in black versus white men, in those circumcised (21% vs 7%, respectively) and uncircumcised (44% vs 33%, respectively).
I hope everything came out ok!!
