I have had this burning sensation in the head of my penis, and sometimes when i haven't had a lot of liquids, there is a slight burn when i urinate, i went to the doctor and he thought i had chlamydia, well he did that test(and boy did that hurt), it came back negative, since he didn't look into it any further, does that mean the symptoms could just be from stress and always thinking about it, anyone have any ideas what else it could be??

I think that you're probably O.K. If the test came back negative, I wouldn't worry.
Sometimes when we keep telling ourselves we have something "Oh my God, I have herpes. I know I do" etc etc, our bodies can actually give off symptoms due to the stress you put on your system.
So take care of yourself and don't worry! My guess is you're fine!
