Hi,
Will Genital Warts make Pap smear results be inaccurate?I guess what Im asking is:If you have them your results will show something abnormal. Also, can a doctor tell by looking and by pelvic exam if you have them or not?

They can if you have them inside, on your cervix. I had my pap done when I went in to see what these things were. She could tell by looking at them, 3 weeks later, I got a normal pap smear result. Also, Ive heard that ones that grow on the inside of your vagina are a different string that grow inside. This could be incorrect, so dont take my word for it.
