Last spring I was having cramps a lot and I just ignored it cuz I firgured maybe my body was just changing or something, until one day I had the most excruciating pain I have ever had in my entire life. I went to the ER and they said that I had ovarian cysts and one had burst. That is what it sounds like you have. If you go to the doc, they will give you medicine that makes them go away . also If you wait it out they will probably go away on their own painlessly (aside from the cramps) My advice would be to go to the doc though so that they do not burst on you one day. The same thing happened to my best friend who also had cysts. It hurts A lOT
