I was just wondering if you have genital warts if it can cause you to become infertile or if the treatment can cause you to become infertile. My doctor gave me a cream to put in my vaginia once a long time ago to get ride of warts inside my vaginia, well i got an infection from it and a severe yeast infection. This cream was used normally in skin cancer treatment it kills the top layer of skin where ever it touches. I am now concerned that i may have them again. When you feel inside of yourself do you have any bumps that are normally suppose to be there I mean i think they could be warts but when i feel inside near the opening it feels like there are some bumps but they have been there for a long time i just don't know any thoughts would be great.

I dont' think they can cause you to be infertile..I have HPV now for 2 years and i got pregnant right away. I am also 8 months pregnant right now and am having no difficulties.

Little bumps are normal. Sometimes the bumps are folicles from hair. A wart is usually white and fleshy looking also sometimes they are hard. I've used the cream you are talking about over and over and had no problems.

As far as I know HPV does not cause infertility. Alot of women have it.

From what I know it is not the HPV that causes infertility. When you have HPV on the inside, sometimes it requires cryotherapy. The more you have cryotherapy the weaker the lining of your uterus becomes. Hence making it harder to carry a baby to full term.
Hope that helps.
