I'm not exactly sure, but I don't know if warts would burn and itch. Sounds to me like you have a yeast infection... esp with the discharge. What kind of discharge is it?
You have glands inside your vagina and maybe these are irritated from the infection. I noticed some bumps a few weeks ago, thought they were warts, turns out they were irritated glands from not having enough lubrication during sex.

If I were you (I'm not sure how old you are, I'm guessing you can't go to the dr by yourself) - I would tell your mom that you have burning, itching, discharge and that you'd like to go to the gyno to get checked out. If it is a yeast infection she will give you medicine for it. If it turns out to be something else that you don't want your mom to find out about, tell the Dr.

If you are too scared to go to the Dr (which you shouldn't be - you should go anyways if you are sexually active) you can try buying monistat or something like that from the store and trying it.

Have you looked at the bumps? What do they look like?

i have looked at the bumps they're are a kinda pinkish-red color, i hope its just a yeast infrection.. but i am not sexually active i had sex once that was it.. and i'm only 15 so i dont know if i can go by myself.. and its so hard to talk to my mom.. she doesnt understand anything about me.. okay and i have another question.. say i go to the doctor and i have something other than a yeast infection.. i can ask the doctor not to tell my mom??? cause i've never been to the gyno before.. but i dunno what to do!!!

Your mom is a woman, she'll understand if you tell her you think you have a yeast infection. Ask her if she will take you to the Dr to get checked out and get some medicine.

As far as not telling your parents, I'm pretty sure the Dr can't tell her anything you don't want her to. Things are supposed to be confidential. When I was younger I went in because I had a cyst, and the Dr and I talked and she ended up putting me on birth control because I was sexually active. She told my mom it was to stop me from getting any more cysts. I felt bad lying to my mom, however.

You don't need to worry about your mom, just worry about you. You don't want whatever it is to go on without being treated. Just tell your mom your symptoms (itching, burning, discharge) and chances are she'll know what you are talking about and will take you to the Dr.

Anyone can get a yeast infection. It doesn't matter if you have been sexually active or not.

I'm sorry that you are going through this, but I strongly suggest you discuss it with someone. If it's not yeast and you try yeast medicine you can make the infection worse, by bringing on PID. Also, prolonging getting treatment can cause PID. This sometimes requires hospitilization and your mom would find out anyway. The doctor is not aloud to discuss anything with your parents without your consent, however, who's gonna buy the medicine if it is an STD. I'm not trying to make things worse for you, but if she already knows you are sexually active you should just be honest. Or tell her you think you have a yeast infection and if it's not one cross that bridge when it comes. Good luck to you!!

If you tell your mom you might have a yeast infection, it doesn't mean you are telling her that you have had sex. Anyone can get yeast infections!!!!

Go to the Dr - seriously, its a good excuse to go anyways since you have been sexually active. You should go after you've started having sex. If only one time.

Don't worry about PID right now, because it doesnt sound like thats what you have. But normorcrazy is probably right about the over the counter stuff. Most people buy that after they've had a few yeast infections and know for sure that is what they have.

Please please please get your mom to take you to the Dr. And it may take a week or 2 to get an appt, so the sooner the better. Don't be scared to tell your mom, she'll love you no matter what. But asking her about having a yeast infection is in no way the same thing as telling her you've had sex.

oh, I'm sorry - I misunderstood your post that your mom already knows. Well then, that should be all the more reason for you to go to the Dr!

Maybe she keeps bringing it up because she wants you to talk to her, and be open about it?
