okay.. i have bumps on the inside of my vagina, they have been there for about a year. well in march i had sex for the first time.. it wasnt planned so we didnt have a condom. and i wouldnt really even call it sex.. i just lost my virginity(he "popped my cherry") but the bumps before didnt seem to bother me at all and i heard that some bumps could be normal, like thats how my vagina is. so like i never paid attention to them.. but then after i had sex, i checked if they were there and if they grew or what.. and they did grow.. when i put my finger up inside me i can feel more bumps.. so after this i assumed it was a STD or something so i talk about it with the guy i messed around wit.. he said that after everytime he has sex he gets checked.. he said that he was clean.. i never told him i had the bumps and i'm not gonna tell him till i know what they are.. but i have no idea how to find out what they are! i cant tell my mom.. and i'm not even sure what it could be.. but if he got tested and was clean.. could these bumps be normal for me or what?? please help! i'm very confused!

First of all, it's very possible for the bumps to be normal. You said this guy was your first right? I think it was a little irresponsible of you not to use protection. This guy could be lying to you. However, that's beside the point. I think you need to discuss this with an adult that can have you checked out. It could be genital warts or even herpes, though it doesn't sound like typical herpes (which not everyone gets). You also need to abstain from intercourse until you find out if it's sexually transmitted. It's not fair for others to get something from you cause you can't take responsibility for yourself.

norm, that might've been a little harsh. yeah it was a mistake, but im sure she knows now about her decisions.
sweetie, here's a little story for you. i've been w/ my guy for four years now, he was tested before we started having sex. negative.. know first hand. but, i got hpv from him anyways and he DIDNT test positive for it.
so it's always possible.
a good thing you might wanna do is go with him and you BOTH get tested, so you may even be able to go together and get the results, so if there is any fear of him lying about his results, he cant if you're there to hear them from the doc.
and, you dont have to answer this. but if you were a virgin, did you ever masturbate before then? i'm only asking because i had always thought my insides were smooth until i'd masturbated and realized its all kinda bumpy and stuff.
and as for the itty bitty bumps on the outside, it very well could be a result of tearing... but i dunno for sure. i just know i noticed more bumps on the outside too.
and dont feel too bad, not everyone is perfect when it comes to their first, mistakes are made, condoms not worn, etc.. life is about learning. and sex is the best subject

I don't want to sound harsh but HELLO you CAN NOT get tested for hpv, there is no test!!!!!! any doctor will tell you that, The only way is by seeing the warts or having an abnormal pap for girls, but for guys you can't tell unless there is a visible wart! ask your doctor, my husband went to 3 docs for opinions and I was with him everytime. They all said the same thing THERE IS NO TEST! YOU CAN'T TEST IT THROUGH BLOOD. why do you think so many people have it and don't know!

but since she has bumps, she can check to see if they are warts or not. they use a formula of vinegar or something to put on them....(cant remember exactly..i worked for the state health dept. thats what the NP's did). they showed up differently or something.
she needs to realize that she needs to go get checked herself and NEVER take a guys word for it. never ever ever! had a circumstance on valentines day. a girl, just got devirginized from her guy, swore he was a virgin too. she came in for pills. well, yeah, they found warts. she laid on the table and cried and cried.
you are responsible for your own health. never take it for granted chica...it only takes ONE time, condom or not, to contract a std...and incurable one at that.

it's very possible that you don't have anything. i have had a similar experience w/ my first. after a month or so, i noticed this little bump, and it seemed to grow over a period of several months... finally i got up the nerve to see a gyno, she looked at it and said it didn't look like warts. but she treated it anyway w/ liquid nitrogen (i believe that's what it was-- it's the stuff that's extremely cold and it's smokey)then i came back in a couple weeks later, and nothing had changed... she said that she was almost positive that i had nothing to worry about. normally, if it were warts the bumps would have disapeared or they would have gotten worse w/ the treatment.
she told me that your glands change, and that it's probably a result of that. as w/ my latest deal... i actually posted something about it. i got w/ the same guy.. yeah, i know stupid me. but anyway, i'm not going to write it all out again, you should just read my post. but the end result was that i was just irritated and so the bumps became much more prominent.
of course i'm going to continue to have check ups, because i feel that my luck is just a little too good to be true... but i also have paranoia issues!
good luck!

I am very aware about all of that, I have been tested. Like i said women can get tested but men cannot unless they have warts on the body other than that you can not test for hpv. And yes you can get them even with a condom, nothing will prevent you from hpv except having NO SEX!!!! I know because I have doctors in the family.
