They can ALL be passed orally. Guys here have reported getting herpes from oral sex, as well as oral herpes from giving oral sex. Oral chlamydia is not too uncommon. Prostatitis-like symptoms have been widely reported from men after recieving unprotected oral sex.
I agree the risks are much lower than from vagainal sex, but certainly not zero.
