Hi,

I had two way M/F un protected oral with a prostitute and two days later had a slight itch near the end of my penis. No discharge at all. I also got a sore throat.

10 weeks later, Ive had the sore throat on and off, and the itch has returned. It usually happens just a little but after urination or ejaculation (still no discharge).

I had an HIV test at 8 weeks(neg).

Im living in a developing country, and the HIV test was easy to get but getting diagnostic tests for other STDs is more difficult. Most expats just said take some Zithromax which I did (at the correct dose for gohnoreah but it didnt work.

Any ideas?
